1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linxalium, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of Linxalium, including submitting projects, you must register for an account using Google/GitHub OAuth or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.

3. Project Submissions & Approvals

All project submissions (directories, tools, products, services) are subject to manual moderation and approval. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify project listings at our discretion. Submitting a project does not guarantee immediate publishing unless paid instant publishing is selected.

4. Payments, Publishing Fees & Refunds

Linxalium offers paid instant publishing ($20) and dofollow blog posts ($20). All payments are processed securely via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Once a project is instantly published or a blog post is posted, we generally do not offer refunds, unless required by applicable consumer law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Linxalium is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's availability, security, or accuracy. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
